William Henry Parsons
Principal
Bill has over 30 years' experience in litigation.
Bill started out working for a firm that exclusively acted for insurance companies. Within five years, Bill branched out practising in personal injury, crime, property and commercial law.
In 1996, Bill founded WHP. Instead of pigeonholing the firm to one particular area of law, Bill sees quality in variety.
You only need to meet Bill once to know that he isn't just a competent and experienced lawyer. Bill's ability to connect and empathise with client needs and expectations is the cornerstone of his practice and its success.
Bill's treatment of his employees would have to be unmatched. For years he has provided a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Bill's tireless contribution over the years to the development and growth of his former and current employees has produced exceptional lawyers with character (the good kind).
Outside of work, Bill claims special expertise and knowledge in golf and English and European soccer, while his staff claim special expertise and knowledge in having to assist Bill with various aspects and implementation of technology.

Sathya Sivalohan
Senior Associate
Sathya is a Senior Associate who has been working at WHP for over 15 years.
Prior to her admission as a Lawyer in August 2011, Sathya was employed as a paralegal and handled large and complex personal injury claims.
Sathya now assists in running all areas of the practice and has a particular interest in medical negligence, personal injury and property law.
Whilst compassionate and understanding, Sathya is refreshingly direct. Add her unrelenting determination to the mix and you have a passionate and dedicated lawyer.
Sathya brings a never-ending vibrance and enthusiasm to the practice. For Sathya, the wellbeing of the team, harmony in the workplace and showing consideration to those you work with and those you work for is a no-brainer.
Outside of the law, Sathya is a self-proclaimed men's fashion critic, follower of all sports (headlines only) and is otherwise unbearably intense about everything (particularly, chocolate).

Kylie Mashman
Senior Property Paralegal
Kylie has been a prized member of the WHP family for over 10 years!
Kylie started out as a receptionist and soon developed an appetite for conveyancing and property work.
Fast forward two years and Kylie transformed into WHP's Senior Property Paralegal.
Kylie adds a whole new dimension to the word 'comprehensive'. Her attention to detail, research skills and preparation and contribution to every conveyancing file and property matter we have has been nothing short of exemplary.
Kylie goes above and beyond the call of duty when working on our property matters. It is impossible for our clients to be dissatisfied when Kylie is involved.
Outside of WHP, Kylie is a mother to two beautiful children, a huge South Sydney Rabbitohs fan, an expert baker and an all-round multi-tasker. She knows something about everything!
